Winy Jacobs, born in Amsterdam (1961), has been is fascinated by Art all her life.
Her paintings show a strong, passionate, impressionistic expression of colours and shapes. Anatomy and spiritual power are connected with the subject. Her inspiration lies with the great masters like Picasso. To show her Passion for Expression her paintings are quit large. Winy uses exclusive jewellery and gemstones (like Swarovski crystals en pearls) in her paintings themed “Glamour”. Furthermore her free work is very diverse, were you will find her passion for Horses, Flowers, Jazz, Human body & Soul. Some of her already famous paintings are : “Flowers of Liberty” ( in remembers of 11 September 2001 in New York), “Can Can” ( Moulin Rouge in Paris) and La Vie en Rose ( Lady in Rose with jewels) Her work can already be admired at, amongst others, The Netherlands Ministry of Agriculture, Theatre of Cuijk and several national and international art collectors.
